The Abraham Laboratory at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital seeks a collaborative Scientist to study how gene regulation and nuclear organization shape cell identity and disease, including cancers.

This bench-based role emphasizes hands-on genomics, imaging, and multidisciplinary teamwork in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will design and execute high-throughput functional genomics assays, optimize workflows, and contribute to manuscript preparation within a dynamic research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cancer biology, cell biology, molecular biology or related field.
• PhD strongly preferred for advanced independent research.
• Experience with genome-wide sequencing and functional genomics is desired.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute bench experiments across genomics and imaging.
• Develop and optimize protocols for sequencing-based assays.
• Analyze and report data with high rigor and reproducibility.
• Draft sections of research manuscripts.
