Job summary

Direct Staffing Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for our Genomics team focusing on Target Enrichment, SureSelect and HaloPlex technologies. The role involves shaping product strategy, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, manufacturing and sales.

You will develop messaging, sales tools, and trainings to support global customers. You will define market requirements, engage with customers and Key Opinion Leaders, and present at conferences and customer sites.

Qualifications

• BS in biology or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 2+ years as a product manager in life sciences with worldwide customers.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable presenting to high-level audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define market requirements for current and future products using market research and feedback from customers.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to define trends and develop product strategies.
• Drive the development of messaging and positioning for key products and applications.
• Create marketing collateral and sales tools, including presentations, datasheets, and trainings.
• Collaborate with customers and KOLs to develop products and establish partnerships.
• Work with cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and improve key processes to support the marketing organization.
• Create and give presentations at conferences and customer sites.
