Qualifications

• Experience with single-cell and spatial assay technologies.
• Working knowledge of NGS library preparation and QC.
• Ability to maintain data integrity in high-throughput labs.

Responsibilities

• Performs project-specific process development tasks per SOPs.
• Maintains documentation in notebooks, data records, and batch records.
• Prepares sequencing libraries for bulk, single-cell, and spatial omics.
• Operates NGS instruments and automated liquid handlers.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicates results clearly and documents accurately.
