Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences or Master’s with relevant commercial experience.
• Strong scientific background with molecular biology/genomics relevance.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support commercial opportunities and provide technical expertise.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Build strong technical relationships to drive adoption of ONT technologies.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and training to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate across Technical Services, Sales, Product Management and Marketing.
