Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Genomics Sales Representative to lead commercial growth in the Pacific Northwest. You will develop regional sales plans, identify opportunities, and build relationships with healthcare organizations and labs to expand genomics testing solutions.

You will communicate complex genomic and molecular diagnostics concepts to clinicians and laboratorians, forecast territory performance, and work with marketing to create market-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Proven success in clinical diagnostics or healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong consultative and strategic selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans designed to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, physicians, hospital systems, and labs.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
• Forecast territory performance and communicate trends to sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast information.
• Educate customers on genomic and diagnostic testing solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams on educational content and case studies.
