Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree required by start date.
• Experience with genomic datasets, sequencing data analysis, and variant interpretation.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
• Strong record of peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
• Interest in human genomics, rare diseases, and chromosome 9p biology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning experiments, interpreting findings, and preparing manuscripts.
• Design and perform molecular biology and functional genomics experiments to study chromosome 9p disorders.
• Analyze and integrate genomic and multi-omic datasets with clinical phenotypes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff as appropriate.
• Maintain compliant research records and adhere to university policies.
