Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or health/physical sciences required.
• Minimum of seven years of experience.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the technical activities of a scientific or research group in relation to laboratory operations.
• Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate program activities with other labs and research staff.
• Ensure SOPs and protocols are maintained and applied.
• Maintain laboratory safety, including biohazards and facility maintenance per GLP standards.
• Plan, assign responsibilities, and set timelines for group work; oversee multiple labs and projects.
