Job summary

Clarivet is seeking a Support Analyst for Oracle Health General Laboratory to configure and troubleshoot GenLab workflows within Cerner Millennium. You will handle routine tickets related to specimens, orders, and results, and keep lab dictionaries accurate.

Experience with LMDI and lab interfaces is highly valued, but candidates without it can still contribute to core GenLab configuration and support, routing complex issues appropriately.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) General Lab.
• Hands-on experience with Laboratory Medical Device Interface (LMDI) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, and HIPAA regulations as they relate to lab systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work with lab technologists and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain General Lab workflows (results, orders, reference ranges) per build standards.
• Log, triage, and resolve tickets on specimens, results, and orders within SLAs.
• Support instrument connectivity and LMDI troubleshooting, escalating complex issues.
• Test and validate minor build changes, fixes, and approved enhancements.
• Monitor dictionaries and reference ranges, flag discrepancies.
• Assist with instrument onboarding and connectivity validation via LMDI.
• Coordinate with lab staff and client IT to confirm resolutions in practice.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or interface teams.
• Coordinate with Core, Charge, and Interface teams on billing/results concerns.
• Participate in release testing and regression checks for Oracle Health updates.
• Keep support docs and ticket notes current.
• Take part in on-call or after-hours support rotations.
• Track ticket volume and inform clients and stakeholders of status.
• Support periodic compliance reviews (CLIA, CAP, HIPAA).
