Galent is seeking an experienced Advent Geneva Project Manager in New York to lead cross-functional initiatives across front, middle, and back offices. You will drive technology and process transformations, manage system integrations, and ensure Geneva remains the trusted source of portfolio accounting and NAV reporting.

You will liaise with investment, operations, and finance teams, define requirements, manage scope, budgets, and timelines using Agile/Waterfall as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading hedge fund technology projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Advent Geneva portfolio accounting and NAV reporting.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives related to portfolio accounting and data integration.
• Partner with investment, operations, and finance teams to define requirements and plans.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables using Agile/Waterfall as appropriate.
• Track milestones, dependencies and risks; provide steering committee updates.
• Coordinate with technology, vendors and data teams to ensure quality delivery.
