Job summary

Galent seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support Geneva implementation, migration, and optimization across investment management and fund administration platforms. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, technology, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of Geneva accounting solutions.

The role involves data extraction, source-to-target mapping, credit instrument configuration, reconciliation, and validation of complex investment products using SQL,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or asset management.
• 3+ years of Geneva implementation or support experience.
• Strong project management and business analysis skills.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation or platform migration programs.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Document business and functional requirements using process models and data models.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract investment data from Oasis and other legacy systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user and business requirements and align system changes with strategic objectives.
• Support migration from Oasis to Geneva and ensure data quality during transition.
• Perform unit and integration testing prior to production releases and address Geneva system issues.
