Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of Genetics support services team, including clerical work, EMR, sample send-out, patient services and physician relationships.
• Supervise clerical staff and drive quality and performance improvements.
• Provide training and optimize processes to increase quality and efficiency.
• Oversee Genetics send-out processes and ensure timely sample sending to approved labs and entry of results into lab information systems.
• Participate in strategic planning and development of clinical services.
