Job summary
Natera is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist to provide clinical insight and training on our products in a clinical or surgical setting, focusing on East Los Angeles territory. You will train clinicians, drive market development, and support launches while maintaining HIPAA/PHI compliance and completing required trainings.
The role requires a science background and proven physician sales experience in diagnostics, with emphasis on OB/GYN or MFM accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Science or healthcare field required or preferred
- Minimum three years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business
- Background in medical or biological sciences
- Market knowledge selling to OB/GYN or MFM preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; Salesforce.com
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market development through direct sales to MFMs, Ob/Gyns and Genetic Counselors
- Prospect, cultivate and maintain key relationships
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue in the territory
- Sell current products and new launches
- Collaborate with PHI to access PHI as needed and complete HIPAA training
- Complete required training within 30 days and maintain training status
