Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Content Solutions Analyst I to join the Genetics/Lab Content Team. You will research medical policies, analyze coding rules, and help expand the Cotiviti payment policy library, with focus on genetics and laboratory policies.

You will collaborate with policy, data, and product teams to translate industry references into policy logic, perform complex data analytics, and support education for clinical professionals.

Qualifications

• BS in Nursing.
• Pharmacist degrees accepted.
• Nationally recognized coding credential through AHIMA or AAPC is required.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with claims payment and medical policy rules and edits.
• Analyze complex data and synthesize for customers and internal use.
• Work independently and in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Manage timelines and multiple projects with high accuracy.
• Provide coding, claims processing, and industry expertise for policy development.
• Write business logic for new rules and enhancements translating industry references into Cotiviti policy.
• Collaborate with developers and architects on rule engine enhancements.
• Guide and input during grooming sessions with ART and Go to Market teams.
• Support policy rollout with Product and GTM teams.
