  • Clinical Responsibilities: Preparing patient cases by obtaining and organizing prior clinical notes and medical records from various specialties.
  • Clinical Responsibilities: Conducting detailed review and retrieval of prior genetic and other relevant test results to streamline clinical evaluation.
  • Clinical Responsibilities: Gathering and documenting comprehensive personal and family medical histories.
  • Clinical Responsibilities: Coordinating genetic testing with laboratories, including completing necessary paperwork and navigating insurance requirements.
  • Clinical Responsibilities: Managing follow-up communication with patients and tracking outstanding genetic test results.
  • Clinical Responsibilities: Ensuring relevant clinical and genetic information is accurately deployed to the appropriate providers to support coordinated care.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain database (Data Entry) on genetic testing being done on clinic patients.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Manage list of pending results and perform follow-up when required.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Draft test result letters to patients and referring providers.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Provide Miscellaneous support to supervisors or genetics personnel.

Education Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Required and
  • Associate's Degree Preferred
Experience Qualifications
  • 1 year Prior experience in healthcare setting or in administrative position Preferred
