Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS required.
• 8 years of IT experience required.
• 10 years of application development experience, or equivalent.
• 2 years of designing system/solution architecture in cloud or on-premises environments.
• 3-5 years leading voice application systems or similarly complex vendor applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Genesys architecture design and blueprints to support growth.
• Architect, configure, and guide integration efforts across Genesys ecosystem.
• Provide Tier 3 production support and triage outages.
• Collaborate with Epic, Salesforce, and other vendors to resolve issues.
• Define needs with cross-functional teams and develop best-practice architecture.
