The ideal candidate has extensive Genesys, cloud/on-premise design, and deep security architecture knowledge, with strong communication and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in application development and vendor-provided systems.
• 3-5 years leading voice/IVR or similar complex apps.
• Experience with cloud and on-premise architectures.
• Strong knowledge of security design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall architecture for the Genesys ecosystem.
• Ensures platform supports required growth and is 24x7 reliable.
• Designs, manages, and optimizes integrations with third party solutions.
• Collaborates with vendors to resolve production issues quickly.
