Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years implementing Genesys Cloud CX in production.
2+ years configuring Genesys Cloud CX Architect flows, queues, routing, user setup, reporting.
2+ years evaluating current-state contact centers for modernization.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assess current-state contact center operations to support modernization.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across telephony, routing, IVR, reporting.
Develop recommendations for target-state Genesys Cloud CX solution.
Lead configuration and implementation of Genesys Cloud CX capabilities.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs.
Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment readiness.
