Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.

• Genesys Cloud CX certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, configure, install, and monitor the contact center systems.
• Collaborate with peers, architects, project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain system availability, performance, and patching.
• Document SOPs and develop automated processes.
• Provide after-hours maintenance and 24x7 on-call support.
• Manage vendor relationships and track KPIs.
