Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 3 in the Hartford area to design and review scalable solution architectures for enterprise contact center platforms. You will translate business needs into framework-aligned designs and advise on technologies to meet performance, reliability, and maintainability goals.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, evaluating integration approaches, guiding development teams, and mitigating risks while contributing to proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; equivalent experience considered.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel to work/project locations as needed.
• US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional needs.
• Review and develop scalable architecture aligned with framework goals.
• Assess technologies and platforms to meet business requirements.
• Plan integration strategies for seamless data flow between systems.
• Resolve complex challenges during build, deployment and support.
• Provide architectural insights to development teams and clients.
• Identify risks and suggest long-term optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to proposals and RFP sections with architectural solutions.
