Passport Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for our Genesis store in Marlow Heights, MD, part of the Washington DC Metro area. You will engage customers, interpret service needs, and coordinate with technicians in a premium dealership environment.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive compensation range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year and a robust benefits package including health/dental, PTO, holidays, 401k, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service work required.
• Ability to perform in a premium automotive environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
