Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking testers at levels I–III in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include conducting system tests, diagnosing malfunctions, and coordinating with engineering and QA to ensure product quality. The role requires basic mechanical assembly ability and strong teamwork.

Tester I–III positions offer starting pay per hour with increasing responsibility and pay up to the III level. This on-site role supports production and maintenance activities within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or certification with 2–6 years of experience or equivalent is favored.
• Ability to read/interpret procedures and perform basic math.
• Experience with basic mechanical assembly and product testing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform system tests per production and quality standards.
• Analyze malfunctions and perform repairs or refer for test/repair.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with engineering and QA.
