Job summary
Mesa Power Solutions is seeking a Generator Technician, Service Operations to perform maintenance and repair of natural gas-powered generators and related equipment. You will develop maintenance programs, document procedures, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve products and reliability.
The role emphasizes adhering to Mesa standards, safety, and delivering superior customer service while traveling to customer sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
- Must be able to pass Mesa Generator Technician course within 6 months of employment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance services on Mesa units per the Mesa standard.
- Maintains unit records by recoding service/repair tasks and parts used.
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve in a timely manner.
- Provides superior customer service.
- Verifies and ensures Mesa units serviceability by following service checklists.
- Maintains the Mesa standard in all aspects of job responsibilities.
