Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions is seeking a Generator Technician, Service Operations to maintain natural gas-powered generators and supporting equipment. You will develop and refine maintenance programs to reduce fleet costs and maximize reliability, while documenting procedures to uphold Mesa's standard across field offices.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements and new development to sustain leadership in natural gas power generation.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience in servicing generator equipment or heavy trucks is a plus.
• Must be able to pass background/drug screening and a Mesa course within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on Mesa units per company standards.
• Record service and parts usage accurately in logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Follow service checklists to ensure unit readiness.
