Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions is seeking a Generator Technician, Service Operations to repair and maintain natural gas-powered generators and related equipment. The role focuses on reducing fleet costs and improving reliability while documenting procedures and supporting product improvements.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of service-truck experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to complete Mesa’s technician course within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred vocational/technical degree with engine/mechanical focus.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
• 1 year of experience operating 3/4–1-ton service trucks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services on Mesa units per Mesa standards.
• Record service and parts usage in unit records.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve promptly.
• Deliver superior customer service at all times.
• Follow service checklists to verify unit readiness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
