Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review service schedules and adjust to maximize technician efficiency.
• Open, assign, and manage work orders for service technicians.
• Coordinate technician assignments and ensure parts/equipment are ready.
• Monitor job progress and provide status updates and timelines.
• Assist with invoicing and preparation of maintenance quotations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
