Job summary

ACF, Inc. seeks a Service Coordinator to manage generator service work orders in the Jacksonville area. Responsibilities include scheduling technicians, handling service calls, and coordinating with customers and parts departments.

The role requires strong time management, interpersonal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and FieldServio. A background in logistics or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, or 2 to 3 years of customer service and/or logistics experience (industrial experience preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service technicians daily in an efficient manner.
• Respond to incoming service related calls.
• Assist external customers with their service needs.
• Prepare quotations of all service related projects and follow up on a weekly basis. Projects include emergency calls, scheduled service calls, and preventative maintenance agreements.
• Monitor all daily invoicing and WIP report on a daily basis.
• Work closely with the parts department to ensure all parts are on hand for the technicians’ service jobs.
• Monitor and schedule all periodic maintenance agreements.
• Input service data in business operating systems.
