Job summary

Ring Power Corporation, Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and on-site repairs for Caterpillar equipment in Florida. You will follow safety and contamination control policies and wear proper PPE while working with customers.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You will document service activities and coordinate with the PM Dispatcher to identify additional work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related field service experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance including changing engine fluids, filters, lubricating and cleaning components.
• Maintain /make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment in the field.
• Supply all required information, documentation, and photos to the PM Dispatcher for repairs and services.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and attend required trainings.
• Work safely and maintain contamination control guidelines; follow PPE requirements.
• Complete required documentation for customers and dispatchers.
• Other duties as assigned.
