Scott Electric, a leading electrical distributor, seeks a Parts Associate to support the generator parts department. The role involves inventory management, fulfilling internal and external parts requests, and assisting technicians with parts procurement.

You will work closely with vendors and customers to ensure timely availability of parts. This full-time in-person position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service.

Formación

• Fast-paced service and parts department experience preferred.
• Knowledge of generator components and related systems (Kohler/Rehlko, Generac, Cummins).
• Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and manuals.
• Proficiency with inventory software, PO systems, or ERP platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, source, and supply parts for generators and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Create purchase orders and process sales orders in ERP.
• Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and pricing.
• Ensure correct parts for scheduled jobs and emergency calls.
