Scott Electric Company is seeking a Parts Associate to support the generator parts department, managing inventory, fulfilling internal and external requests, and assisting technicians with accurate parts procurement.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, in person, handling parts diagrams, vendor communications, and ERP documentation to ensure rapid, reliable parts availability for service operations.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to manage generator parts inventory and fulfill requests.
• Excellent communication with customers, vendors, and technicians.
• Ability to read parts diagrams and service manuals.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify, source, and supply generator parts for customers and service technicians.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Create purchase orders and process sales orders in ERP.
• Assist walk-in customers and internal teams with parts inquiries and pricing.
• Ensure correct parts for scheduled jobs and emergencies.
