Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair all makes and models of residential generators
• Perform inspections, tune-ups, and engine repairs including ATS
• Manage warranty submissions and processing
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and respond to service calls
• Document service work and maintain organized paperwork
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and teams for parts procurement and service delivery
• Order and replace parts for generator units

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical experience (diesel engine knowledge is a plus)
• Familiarity with generator servicing and repair (training available)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Proactive, able to work independently
• Willingness to learn and embrace ongoing training
• Technologically proficient with Windows and software
• Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment
