Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Lead Generator Installer to join our residential services team. You will diagnose electrical/generator systems, perform installations, repairs, and ensure a top-notch customer experience while communicating clearly with homeowners.

Ideal candidates have electrical experience, at least 1 year of generator installation, a valid driver's license, and a strong customer-service focus.

• Electrical experience required.
• 1+ years generator installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Great attitude with a dedication to quality work.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals.
• Adaptable, flexible team player.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair Generator Systems.
• Troubleshoot Generators and equipment to the highest possible standard.
• Perform emergency Generator repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Provide a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating to homeowners.
• Additional duties as assigned.
