Job summary

Warren Cat in Oklahoma City is seeking an Electrical Power Generation Field Technician II to deliver high-quality repair services on Caterpillar equipment at customer sites. You will inspect and diagnose issues, perform critical engine repairs, and generate service reports while maintaining open communication with dispatch and customers.

The role requires CSA process adherence, required certifications (arc flash, forklift), and compliance with MSHA safety guidelines in mining contexts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or 3–5 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot problems and provide repair recommendations.
• Generate service reports and collect oil samples.
• Follow CSA processes and Caterpillar guidelines for engine work.
• Leave customer paperwork on site and submit reports to dispatch within 24–48 hours.
• Adhere to safety procedures including MSHA in mining applications.
