Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking Field Service Technicians to maintain standby generators across the Northeast. You’ll work on engines, electrical systems, and heavy equipment, with chances to advance through specialized training within a supportive, family-owned team.

Qualifications

• Experience with standby generator systems (8kW-1mW)
• Owns tools (multimeter, hand-tools, etc.)
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotating schedule
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to attain one
• DOT card or ability to attain one and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems (8kW-1mW)
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, load-bank test and start-ups on generators
• Prepare accurate repair quotes and complete work orders
• Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction on residential or industrial generators
