The candidate will lead multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, work with Manim/Remotion for video generation, and mentor teammates while delivering features weekly.

Qualifications

• Expertise with AI-native development tools and continuous multi-session coding.
• Experience building real backend AI orchestration layers using LangGraph or equivalent.
• Deep programmatic media experience with animation frameworks like Manim or Remotion.
• Proficiency with FFmpeg and audio/video technical fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design the generative AI pipeline to create deterministic lessons-as-code with structured artifacts.
• Deliver multiple substantial features weekly through AI-assisted development.
• Build multi-agent orchestration systems using tools like LangGraph.
• Engineer video generation systems including layout engines, mathematical typesetting, and animated diagrams.
• Implement quality assurance systems with rubric-based evaluation and ground-truth verification.
• Design scalable media infrastructure across Python and TypeScript.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and architectural guidance.
