Job summary

fal is building the next generation of generative media tools and ecosystems. We seek a Solutions Marketer to craft clear, compelling narratives across fal’s products, models, and partnerships. You’ll translate capabilities into revenue opportunities, working near Product and Sales to map outcomes to client needs.

Expect to ship industry-focused pages, decks, and case studies that win deals. This hands-on role blends storytelling with tangible assets—from landing pages to enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or enterprise marketing for a technical product.
• Ability to synthesize a portfolio of complex products into a simple customer story.
• Think in terms of customer problems, industries, use cases, and business outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise Sales teams and supporting complex buying cycles.
• Ability to create landing pages, decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other materials.
• Strong writing and editing with good visual judgment.
• Fluency to work with Product and Engineering without translation.
• Ability to develop narratives, identify opportunities, and build documents.
• Thrives in startup environments where scope changes weekly.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling stories around problems fal solves across industries, use cases, and buyer groups.
• Bridge between Product and Sales to translate capabilities into commercial opportunities.
• Create customer-facing GTM assets like pages, decks, and case studies.
• Build industry and use-case marketing narratives and proof points.
• Provide strategic sales support and identify moves to unblock deals.
• Document customer proof with measurable results for reuse in GTM.
• Spot new GTM opportunities by connecting Product, Partnerships, and customers.
