Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years' Experience building Generative AI, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, or machine learning applications in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern software development frameworks.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of AI security, application security, cloud security, Zero Trust principles, IAM, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with model evaluation, AI observability, governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Build and maintain AI platforms, model serving infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and AI application services in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Develop intelligent copilots, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and automation using state-of-the-art AI technologies.
• Implement AI security best practices, including model protection, prompt defenses, data protection, access controls, and secrets management.
• Establish AI governance processes covering responsible AI, model evaluation, monitoring, auditability, compliance, and risk management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and security teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Design and implement observability, monitoring, and guardrail frameworks for AI systems.
• Perform threat modeling, security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and remediation across AI apps and cloud infra.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps practices for AI workloads.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, security tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
• Drive the adoption of secure software engineering principles throughout the AI development lifecycle.
