Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience building Generative AI/LLM/RAG/agentic AI.
• Proficient in Python and modern software development frameworks.
• Experience with AI security, governance, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
• Build and maintain AI platforms, model serving infra, and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop intelligent copilots, AI agents, and automation solutions.
• Implement AI security practices including model protection and data access controls.
• Establish AI governance covering responsible AI, monitoring, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and security teams.
• Design observability and guardrail frameworks for reliability and trustworthiness.
• Perform threat modeling, security assessments, and remediation across AI apps and cloud infra.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps for AI workloads.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive platform capabilities.
