Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks an AI Analyst to support Generative AI governance across the bank. You will coordinate activities, document policies, and track metrics with stakeholders, ensuring audit-ready controls and clear communication of progress.

The role requires strong governance, risk, and control knowledge, plus experience presenting to executives. Travel may be occasional as needed for governance activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience running projects or programs with KPI/KRI reporting.
• Experience authoring and maintaining policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with executives and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance activities and support stakeholder care and alignment.
• Document and version AI policy, standards, and procedures across federated controls.
• Maintain governance records, meeting minutes, decisions, and metrics.
• Develop monthly status reports and KPI/KRI dashboards for executive readouts.
• Analyze governance metrics and produce clear visualizations of program progress.
• Lead governance working-group sessions and track follow-up items.
