Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Generative AI Specialist to work fully remotely across the U.S. You will design and implement high-performance backend services in Go, focusing on concurrency, reliability, and cloud-native patterns.

The role requires strong experience building production-grade gRPC/REST APIs, Kubernetes controllers, and distributed systems. You will collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering with Go.
• Hands-on experience building production gRPC/REST APIs in Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes-native development (client-go, controller-runtime).
• Strong debugging and performance‑engineering skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement performant backend services and APIs in Go with strong concurrency focus.
• Build cloud-native apps using Go and Kubernetes libraries for easy deployment.
• Develop CLI tools, Kubernetes controllers, and operators for internal platforms.
• Implement gRPC and REST APIs with observability and security.
• Profile and optimize Go apps for memory, GC, and goroutines.
• Integrate messaging systems (Kafka, NATS) and data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Build automated tests and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Implement logging, metrics, and distributed tracing across services.
