You will collaborate with footwear designers to apply AI opportunities in 2D/3D workflows, design digital workflows with visual coding platforms, and translate design needs into technical requirements for engineers. This role emphasizes hands-on prototyping and training to drive AI adoption among designers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years design experience advancing into creative technology and tool-building.
• Degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Fashion Design, or equivalent.
• Mastery of generative AI tools (Flora.ai, ComfyUI, or similar).
• Deep 2D and 3D design workflow expertise with footwear knowledge.
• Model fine-tuning experience (LoRA training, custom models).

Responsibilities

• Partner with footwear designers to identify AI opportunities in 2D and 3D workflows.
• Design and prototype digital workflows using visual coding platforms.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to translate design needs into technical requirements.
• Scale prototypes from POC to enterprise-grade tools for global design teams.
• Develop training and workshops to drive AI adoption among designers.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging generative AI models and techniques.
