Job summary

Scalata is hiring for an enterprise sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in banking and institutional investing. You will own strategic relationships, close high-value deals, and shape the AI platform adoption across major financial institutions.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver client-centric solutions, provide market insights, and represent Scalata at industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within banking, institutional investing, or financial technology.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex enterprise software deals.
• Experience managing large enterprise sales pipelines ($15M+).
• Understanding of banking, institutional investing, credit markets, and financial regulations.
• Knowledge of AI, ML, or generative AI in financial services.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting banks and institutional investors.
• Own revenue targets, build and manage a high-value sales pipeline, and exceed growth objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across financial institutions.
• Present Scalata's AI platform through tailored demonstrations, presentations, and business cases
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver client-focused solutions
• Provide market insights that influence product strategy and roadmap development
• Represent Scalata at conferences, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives
• Help build and mentor a world-class enterprise sales organization as the company scales
