Job summary

Scalata seeks a seasoned product leader to define the strategy and roadmap for its enterprise generative AI platform, transforming financial workflows across the credit lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered solutions for financial institutions, including banks and asset managers, and drive adoption with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or AI-powered products.
• Experience implementing PM solutions within Databricks environments.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, credit workflows, and enterprise financial systems.
• Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies.
• Experience with Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities
