You will support business development, client success, and sales initiatives in a fast-growing fintech focused on generative AI and structured finance. This role emphasizes clear communication and hands-on customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance or business field.
• 1–2 years in financial services, fintech, or technology sales.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain complex financial and AI solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors, and financial services clients.
• Promote Scalata's AI-powered platform and demonstrate capabilities.
• Support the sales process from prospecting through onboarding.
• Provide personalized support to customers and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Communicate financial products and AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client implementations and ongoing success.
• Assist with business development initiatives within credit and alternative investments.
