Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI and agentic AI solutions. The role involves integrating AI endpoints with enterprise data sources, building RAG patterns, and orchestrating workflows with human oversight.

The candidate should demonstrate hands-on technical depth with architectural judgment, able to move from rapid experimentation to reliable enterprise delivery, and communicate across tech and business teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated enterprise application engineering experience including architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents, or comparable Generative AI patterns.
• Ability to design secure, scalable solutions with governance and Responsible AI controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Rapidly validate ideas and mature proofs of concept into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate across business, architecture, engineering, data, security, and platform teams to prioritize and deliver high-value AI use cases.
