Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Data Scientist (Adobe Practice) to work hands-on with ML and Big Data within the Adobe Marketing Cloud and third‑party tools such as Databricks and R. You will build scalable ML data products, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply Generative AI to innovate data solutions.

You will lead modeling efforts, develop data pipelines, and help productionize models while mentoring others and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with relevant work experience.
• Experience developing and implementing ML models in a business environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.
• Experience with APIs and integrating them into data solutions.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Apply state-of-the-art algorithms to develop new data products or improve existing ones.
• Specialize in building data pipelines, models, and advanced analytics.
• Build, evaluate and optimize models using ML, AI, and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and diagnostics OKRs.
• Work with data scientists and leads to define project requirements and data sources.
• Develop knowledge of data sources for audience segmentation (survey/panel, 3rd-party, media content, purchase data).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to transition projects to production.
• Prepare and present analytical findings to marketing and business audiences.
• Mentor junior data scientists.
