Job summary

Welo Data, part of Welocalize, is seeking Ukrainian-speaking professionals based in Poland to review and annotate multilingual and multimodal content for training high-quality AI models.

This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and clear guidelines, with ongoing support from project leads and a focus on accurate data labeling and quality improvement.

Location : Remote, Poland
Contract Type : Freelance (Contract)
Compensation : $10/hour

What You'll Do

• Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated outputs across text, image, audio, and video


• Perform quality checks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines


• Flag edge cases, errors, and areas for improvement in model outputs and instructions


• Create and refine high-quality datasets to train and validate advanced AI models


• Participate in calibration sessions and quality alignment activities


• Provide clear feedback to improve workflows, tools, and annotation guidelines

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian


• Strong written communication skills in English


• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking


• Proven experience in annotation, content review, quality assurance, data labeling, localization, or related fields


• Ability to work independently, follow detailed guidelines, and meet deadlines


• Based in Poland and able to work remotely

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multilingual or multimedia content (text, images, audio, video)


• Familiarity with annotation platforms and productivity tools (e.g., task trackers, spreadsheets)


• Background in AI/ML data operations, content moderation, or linguistic QA
