Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Generative AI Architect Manager to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions on OCI. You will lead the design of agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and enterprise integrations to improve automation and decision making.

You will define governance, security, and architecture standards for AI/ML initiatives, mentor delivery teams, and guide model selection and optimization. Travel ~50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise architecture, incl. 2+ years in AI/ML or generative AI architecture.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services including Generative AI Service, Functions, API Gateway, Data Science, Autonomous DB, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience designing solutions using LLMs, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Security, compliance, governance in cloud environments; experience with Python, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud-native patterns.
• Willingness to travel ~50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions on OCI.
• Architect and deliver integrated AI solutions incl. agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Define governance, security, and architecture standards for AI/ML initiatives.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and guide prompt engineering, model selection, and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, lead technical reviews, and support pilots.
