Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Generative AI Architect Associate Vice President to lead ERP and AI engagements from strategy to implementation. You will design AI-enabled Oracle ERP solutions and advise on AI use cases across finance and operations, driving productivity and transformation across client organizations.

The role requires leadership of delivery teams, a strong background in Oracle ERP, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
• Three+ years designing or implementing AI or Generative AI solutions for enterprise processes.
• Experience leading process transformation across finance, supply chain, procurement, or portfolio management.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams for enterprise tech implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IS, engineering, or data science or related field.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle ERP and Generative AI engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Design AI-enabled Oracle ERP solutions aligned to business objectives and process transformation.
• Advise client stakeholders on Generative AI use cases across finance, supply chain, procurement, and enterprise operations.
• Drive redesign of processes and systems to improve productivity, decision-making, and performance.
• Lead delivery teams and oversee workstreams across complex Oracle transformation programs.
