Job summary

Capco is seeking a Generative AI Architect in New York or Orlando to lead enterprise AI architecture and production-grade deployments. You will shape scalable AI systems, guide projects from concept to production, and align technology with business goals.

The role requires 10+ years in software architecture with hands-on AI/ML, strong Python skills, and cloud platform expertise. Office presence 3 days/week is expected to collaborate effectively with teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
10+ years of software architecture experience including AI/ML.
Strong expertise in generative AI, foundation models, and agentic AI.
Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent ability to communicate complex tech concepts and influence decisions.
Willingness to work in the office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide architecture for generative AI and agentic systems.
Design scalable patterns and integrate foundation models into enterprise environments.
Architect and implement agentic AI systems, workflows, and integrations.
Establish cloud-native infra and MLOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to AI thought leadership.
