ProAmpac, a leading packaging company in Wrightstown, Wisconsin, seeks an HR Generalist to join our team. You will implement programs, support talent acquisition, onboarding and retention, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Organizational Development or 3+ years in a similar setting.
• SHRM certifications are a plus.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes for manufacturing.
• MS Office Suite incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio, Teams and Outlook.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with leadership and staff.
• Proactive, with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-confident, self-motivated professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer programs and policies in line with organizational values and labor laws.
• Support Performance Management processes.
• Administer Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention per requirements.
• Timekeeping reviews, payroll updates, and corrections.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data.
• Provide support for Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Ensure HR systems integrity and data accuracy.
• Support ProAmpac culture and employee engagement through change management.
• All other duties as assigned.

Hours

Typically Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM - schedule flexibility needed to work an early or late shift to accommodate 3rd shift

Salary

$65k - $75k (pending experience)

Essential Duties And Tasks

• Implement and administer programs and policies that comply with organizational values, labor laws & regulations
• Support the execution of the Performance Management Process
• Administer talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention following all Federal, Local and Company requirements, including understanding resource competition.
• Time Keeping reviews, updates and payroll changes/corrections
• Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
• Provide support for ProAmpac Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
• Ensure HR systems maintain integrity and data accuracy
• Support ProAmpac culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communication
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development from a four-year college; or three (3+) plus years related experience and / or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two.
• SHRM certifications a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of HR processes related to manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs, and develop solutions and/or options.
• Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
